Creative Support is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Team Lead to join our team. As a Senior Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and ensuring that high-quality support is provided to individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism, and long-term health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver effective support services
- Ensure that caring and respectful personalized support is provided at all times
- Manage the accommodation and facilities effectively and ensure that they are maintained to a high standard
- Ensure that the service is provided in accordance with individual support plans, service specifications, and CQC requirements
- Maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders and commissioners
Requirements:
- Relevant degree or vocational qualification in health or social care
- High level of motivation and personal commitment
- Demonstrable skills and experience in assessing needs and planning support, deploying and supervising staff, and working effectively with stakeholders
