Creative Support is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Team Lead to join our team. As a Senior Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing high-quality support services for individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism, and long-term health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver effective, person-centred support services.
- Ensure that caring and respectful personalised support is provided at all times.
- Manage the accommodation and facilities effectively and ensure that they are maintained to a high standard.
- Ensure that the service is provided in accordance with the individual's support plans, the service specification, and CQC requirements.
- Maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders and commissioners.
Requirements:
- A relevant degree or vocational qualification in health or social care.
- Experience in assessing needs and planning support, deploying and supervising staff, and working effectively with stakeholders.
- A high level of motivation and personal commitment.
- Demonstrable skills and experience in leadership and management.
