Hotel Night Manager Job Description

Our client, a luxury hotel in East Lancashire, is seeking a dedicated Night Manager to oversee night operations and provide exceptional service to guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Handle inquiries, complaints, check-ins, and check-outs with a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management: Oversee night audit, safety, and security; coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Leadership: Supervise night staff, provide training, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure high standards are met.
  • Administrative Duties: Prepare nightly reports, manage inventory, and handle cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in a hospitality managerial role with a proven track record of success.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and ability to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with guests and staff.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office to streamline operations.
  • Organizational and multitasking skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
