Key Responsibilities:- Front Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front office, including managing reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of front desk staff, concierge, and other customer-facing employees to deliver exceptional service.
- Guest Liaison: Liaise closely with other departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage, to ensure that guests' needs are met promptly.
- Problem Resolution: Respond quickly and professionally to guest concerns or complaints to guarantee their satisfaction.
- Hotel Ambiance: Maintain the lobby area to ensure it remains clean, visually appealing, and inviting.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in hospitality or hotel management is required.
- Leadership Skills: Proven supervisory skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Operational Knowledge: Strong understanding of front office operations, reservation systems, and best practices in customer service.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Competitive Salary: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
