Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front office, including managing reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of front desk staff, concierge, and other customer-facing employees to deliver exceptional service.
  • Guest Liaison: Liaise closely with other departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage, to ensure that guests' needs are met promptly.
  • Problem Resolution: Respond quickly and professionally to guest concerns or complaints to guarantee their satisfaction.
  • Hotel Ambiance: Maintain the lobby area to ensure it remains clean, visually appealing, and inviting.
Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in hospitality or hotel management is required.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven supervisory skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
  • Operational Knowledge: Strong understanding of front office operations, reservation systems, and best practices in customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
