Job Summary
We are looking for a Front of House Apprentice to join our team at Hapton Inn. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm welcome to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Taking customer orders and serving food and drink
• Handling cash and card payments
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment
• Working effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service
Requirements:
• Availability to work weekends and bank holidays
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly and approachable attitude
• Reliable timekeeping
