We are a luxury boutique hotel with a 1 AA Rosette standard restaurant, hosting private and intimate weddings and events. Our emphasis is on quality produce, outstanding service, and a warm welcome to our guests.

As a restaurant manager with Diamond Chef Recruitment, you will be responsible for:

* Recruitment and training of staff
* Implementing and upholding service standards
* Managing the back office side of our tills, updating menu and price changes
* Computer literacy to send and process pre-orders for larger tables

What we're looking for:

* Practical, working knowledge of bars and restaurants at a Rosette level or similar
* Meeting and greeting guests
* Cashing up responsibilities across bars and restaurant tills
* Closing, locking up, and securing the building at closing time
* Taking pride in a job well done and paying attention to smaller details
