We are a luxury boutique hotel with a 1 AA Rosette standard restaurant, hosting intimate weddings and events. Our emphasis is on quality produce, outstanding service, and a warm welcome to our guests.

As an award-winning, independent family-run business, we celebrate over 40 years of excellence.

Our stunning Georgian property hosts a cozy pub & bar, a 1 AA Rosette restaurant, and 2 self-contained weddings & events suites.

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and training.
2. Implementing and upholding service standards.
3. Computer literacy to send and process pre-orders for larger tables.
4. Managing the back office side of our tills, updating menu and price changes.

What we're looking for:

1. Practical, working knowledge of bars & restaurants at a Rosette level or similar.
2. Meeting & greeting guests.
3. Cashing up responsibilities across bars & restaurant tills.
4. Closing, locking up, and securing the building at closing time.
5. Taking pride in a job well done and paying attention to smaller details.
