Job Title: Clinical Psychologist - Learning Disabilities Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Cumbria, working with adults with Learning Disabilities. This is a locum position offering flexibility with both full-time and part-time hours considered.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide specialist psychological assessments and interventions to individuals with Learning Disabilities.
  2. Deliver therapeutic support and guidance tailored to the unique needs of clients.
  3. Work within a multidisciplinary team to support care planning and treatment pathways.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with professional standards.
  5. Offer consultations and psychological input to staff and families as needed.
Requirements:
  1. BABCP accreditation is essential.
  2. Qualified Counselling or Clinical Psychologist with significant experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities.
  3. Strong assessment, therapeutic, and communication skills.
  4. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting.
  5. Must have a valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
