We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lead – Agency Partners to join our team at MBM Executive Travel Recruitment in the EMEA region.

In this newly created role, your mission will be to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships with media agencies, with potential for global expansion.

You will be responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with key decision-makers at agencies, focusing on selling innovative advertising solutions for travel-related brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive agency strategy for EMEA, collaborating with APAC and AMER teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, meeting targets and generating revenue through the sale of advertising solutions.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities with agencies, selling broader advertising and multi-market solutions with long-term commitments.
  • Represent the company at industry events, with occasional international travel to build relationships and drive business growth.

About You:

  • Proven experience in selling and planning digital advertising campaigns to agencies.
  • Strong network of agency contacts, with the ability to tap into mid/top-tier agencies.
  • Creative problem-solver with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to communicate value and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape within the EMEA region.
  • Results-driven attitude with a focus on building high-potential business.
  • Familiarity with international, tech-driven business environments.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for working in a people-focused company that sets high expectations and values respect.
