Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Management: Provide strong leadership and direction to both clinical and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day clinic operations, encompassing scheduling, budgeting, inventory management, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree.
  • Current state licensure and CPR certification.
  • Proven experience in a clinical leadership role within a rehabilitation setting.
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated success in clinic growth.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.
