About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and inspirational Catering Manager to join our Transformation Unit team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our catering services and driving excellence in patient care and staff wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead teams of staff at our main central cook chill food production facility, meal regeneration, and retail catering.
  • Develop and implement strategies to introduce new technologies and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and staff to achieve high-quality food services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence in catering services.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree or combination of training and experience in hospitality, food and nutrition, or management and leadership.
  • Level 4 Food Safety qualification and understanding of current food law.
  • Significant catering management experience in a large, complex organization.
  • Proven track record in managing operational staff and leading teams.
