Main Responsibilities

As Catering Manager, you will be responsible for leading teams of staff at our main central cook chill food production facility, meal regeneration, and retail. You will also be responsible for managing operational staff, implementing new technologies, and achieving efficiencies. Your expertise in large-scale catering production, strategic thinking, and effective operational management will be essential in driving our catering services forward.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree or combination of training and experience within the specialist field of food and nutrition
  • Degree in management and leadership or demonstrable equivalent experience
  • Level 4 Food Safety qualification and understanding of current food law
  • Evidence of continued professional development

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

  • HACCP qualification level 4
  • Lead Auditor training qualification
