About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and inspirational Catering Manager to lead our catering team at Northern General Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the catering operations, including food production, meal regeneration, and retail services.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead teams of staff at our main central cook chill food production facility
- Manage operational staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality food services
- Develop and implement strategies to improve catering services and achieve efficiencies
- Manage budgets and resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with health and safety/food safety controls in the workplace
