Housekeeping Professional Role

As a Housekeeping Professional at Anchor Hanover, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for our residents. You will be responsible for ensuring that communal areas and individual living spaces are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the care home, including common areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations when using cleaning products and equipment.
  • Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure consistent quality.
  • Communicate effectively with residents and staff to address any cleaning needs or concerns.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a housekeeping role is desirable, but not essential.
  • A strong work ethic and attention to detail are crucial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with residents and colleagues.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
