We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeper to join our team at Anchor Hanover. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our luxurious care home, providing a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all areas of the care home, including bedrooms, communal areas, and facilities.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Manage and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are used effectively and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure the smooth operation of the care home.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, their families, and visitors, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and respectful manner.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a cleaning or maintenance role, preferably in a care home or similar environment.
