Housekeeper (Bank) - Care and Cleaning Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Housekeeper to join our team at Beech Hall in Armley, Leeds. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our residents' living environments.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the location is clean, pleasant, and safe for customers, adhering to health and safety procedures.
- Use cleaning products effectively, following instructions and guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to residents' needs and concerns.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Customer service NVQ2 or equivalent experience.
- Previous cleaning experience and knowledge of cleaning procedures.
- Ability to work safely with cleaning products and equipment.
- Understanding of data protection, confidentiality, and safeguarding vulnerable adults.
- Health and safety awareness, including COSHH regulations.
