About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to join our successful teams in our retail travel branches. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of travel consultants and ensuring the branch runs efficiently and effectively in line with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of travel consultants to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure the effective day-to-day operation of the retail travel branch, including supervising and coaching staff.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and motivation.
  • Act as a figurehead within the local community and attend promotional activities and events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety.
Requirements
  • Previous managerial/supervisory experience in a retail travel environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
