About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Branch Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
  • Assist with stock management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
