Key Responsibilities:

As a Financial Operations Administrator, you will be instrumental in overseeing financial portfolios and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Your primary duties will encompass:

  • Client Service Excellence: Placing the client at the forefront of your efforts and delivering outstanding service.
  • Instruction Processing: Accurately managing instructions received through internal systems and email.
  • Trading & Settlement: Overseeing trading and settlement instructions to support in-house funds.
  • Platform Maintenance: Managing external platform upkeep, including model updates, rebalancing, and audits.
  • Reporting: Delivering precise and timely reports as needed.
  • Reconciliation: Reconciling fund and cash transactions.
  • Portfolio Management: Administering portfolio rebalances and share class conversions.
  • Problem Solving: Exhibiting strong problem-solving abilities, escalating issues when necessary, and taking responsibility for resolution.
  • Project Involvement: Engaging in initiatives aimed at enhancing systems and processes.

The ideal candidate will be results-driven, highly organized, and possess:

  • Qualifications: Preferably, completion of IOC or CII examinations.
  • Product Knowledge: Understanding of investment products such as ISAs, GIAs, and wrapped products.
  • Proactive Approach: A proactive attitude with the capability to question existing processes.
  • Passion for Service: A strong dedication to providing high-quality service.
  • Self-Starter: An individual who takes initiative in their professional development.
  • Team Player: Strong collaboration skills.
