About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at Dnevo Partners. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading client relationships and driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to meet client objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact campaigns and projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to junior team members

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in client services, agency-side, with a focus on shopper marketing, partnerships, or promotional marketing
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and delivering results-driven marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs
  • Experience in line management and team leadership, with a focus on developing and mentoring junior team members
