About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to join our team at Kings Security. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an annual account management and sales plan for each client within your portfolio, with objectives provided.
  • Maintain regular contact and build strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organisations through visits and communications.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
  • Keep detailed electronic records for each account, including sales plans, pricing details, contracts, product ranges, forecasts, and quarterly strategic client plans, and present updates to the Director of Group Solutions and Managing Director.
  • Ensure adherence to company processes and regulations, consistently updating them as needed.
  • Prepare and execute action plans in alignment with the company's code of ethics.
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director on contract negotiations and renewals in conjunction with Director of Group Solutions.
  • Work with your team to conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance analyses and monthly service review packs. Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual service performance review meeting and any other ad hoc meetings.
  • Maximise business potential by promoting cross-selling opportunities and driving growth in recurring revenue through networking and relationship building.
  • Provide support to the Managing Director as needed.
  • Address and resolve final account queries upon contract completion, ensuring successful invoice payments and supporting the credit control team with any issues.
  • Deliver monthly performance and target reports to the Director of Group Solutions, covering sales KPIs, client review meetings, debtors, and SLAs.
  • Coordinate with various departments to produce timely reports on deadlines, costs, and customer requirements.
  • Identify and resolve customer concerns promptly.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our security solutions to clients.
Requirements
  • Security-related Account Director experience.
  • Account development and building relationships.

Desirable Requirements
  • Min 3 years Security Account Management experience.
  • Technical knowledge on security and fire systems.
