Job Overview

The Imaging division is committed to providing exceptional diagnostic services for all patients. Our administrative workforce comprises 16 dedicated personnel who facilitate patient scheduling and inquiries. We operate a comprehensive suite of imaging facilities, including 7 X-Ray rooms, 17 Ultrasound rooms, 2 CT rooms, 2 MRI rooms, and a Fluoroscopy screening room.

Key Responsibilities

The Administrative Managers will oversee the administrative staff, with two positions available. One manager will supervise the Ultrasound and clerical teams, while the other will manage the MRI, CT, and clerical teams. Both managers are expected to provide mutual support as needed.

You will monitor the performance of various modalities against local and national access benchmarks. Additionally, you will implement service enhancement initiatives aimed at improving the quality of care delivered.

Essential Criteria

5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Mathematics and English Proficient in IT skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Experience

Minimum of 2 years in administrative management Proven experience in staff management and human resource processes Ability to thrive under pressure and manage substantial workloads

Desirable Criteria

Experience working within a Multi-Disciplinary Team

Knowledge

Comprehensive understanding of Imaging Access targets and patient pathway management Familiarity with PACS/RIS and CRS systems Current knowledge of NHS policies Proficient in data analysis and statistics
