Key Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing repair, maintenance, and refurbishment programs for facilities and vehicles, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Overseeing supplier contract procurement and budget management.
  • Facilitating community use of facilities while ensuring effective caretaking and management services.
  • Leading building refurbishments and repairs as directed by leadership.
  • Conducting building inspections and escalating significant issues to senior management.
  • Collaborating with site management across the federation to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Implementing sustainability initiatives and maintaining the Business Continuity Plan.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and overseeing security measures.

Candidate Profile
We are seeking individuals who possess:

  • Demonstrated management experience.
  • A minimum of three years in a facilities management role.
  • Knowledge of health and safety legislation.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with IT systems.
