The Role: Graphic Designer

Reporting to the Lead Designer, you'll play a vital role in bringing our brand vision to life across both digital and print platforms. Your creative talent will be instrumental in developing engaging and commercially successful designs that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and execute compelling designs for a range of print materials, including catalogues, point-of-sale displays, direct mail campaigns, and other marketing collateral. Your designs will reflect the Crew Clothing aesthetic while remaining commercially viable and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Create visually appealing assets for various digital channels such as email marketing, websites, social media platforms, YouTube, display advertising, and affiliate networks.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider creative team to adapt marketing materials for online use, including local marketing initiatives, blog posts, competitions, and lookbooks.
  • Ensure all digital assets maintain brand consistency, commercial appeal, and alignment with overall brand communications.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail across all artwork and imagery, ensuring a high standard of quality in every design.
  • Contribute to seasonal creative campaigns by developing designs suitable for multiple marketing channels that reflect the brand's position and creative strategy.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to seasonal concepts and product launches.
  • Continuously explore innovative design solutions to enhance the Crew Clothing brand experience and ensure its continued evolution.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in digital design principles, including email marketing communications, website elements (homepages, category pages, promotional banners, and article imagery).
  • Prepare print-ready files for various applications, such as point-of-sale displays, seasonal catalogues, and window displays.
  • Confidently present your work to directors and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a retail environment or a relevant creative degree.
  • Comprehensive understanding of both digital and print design principles.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality design solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Strong adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to producing work of the highest standard.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Bridge. Familiarity with Figma, After Effects, and Trello is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and effective collaboration within a team setting.
  • A positive and proactive attitude that aligns with the Crew Clothing company culture.
