Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and will be responsible for creating visually compelling and strategically sound designs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute design concepts that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Create high-quality visual designs for various mediums, including print materials, digital graphics, social media content, advertising, and branding.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all projects.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of visual assets, including logos, icons, illustrations, and other brand elements.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to projects.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance the quality and innovation of our visual work.
  • Design with accessibility in mind, ensuring that all visual content is inclusive and can be easily accessed and understood by all users.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design or a similar role within an agency or in-house creative department.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design projects.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Exceptional design skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Strong conceptual and creative thinking abilities, with a passion for visual storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in graphic design and visual communication.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices in design.
