About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our team at 3equals1 Design. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in supporting our interior team in delivering high-quality presentation works and client graphic needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand project requirements and concepts, and use your creativity to develop innovative solutions.
  • Utilize various design techniques to create drafts, models, and prototypes, and pitch your ideas to the team.
  • Collaborate with team members to launch projects, and produce brand-focused works such as website and brand guidelines, and presentations.
  • Take on special design tasks, such as color correction, and use feedback from other designers to improve your skills.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Junior Designer, with a strong portfolio that showcases your skills and experience.
  • A BSc/BA in Design or a related field, with a degree in graphic or web design being a plus.
  • Proficiency in design software and graphics editing tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of design techniques, including prototyping, and visual elements, such as layout, type, and fonts.
  • Able to apply innovation to redefine a design brief within time and cost constraints, and present ideas and concepts to clients or account managers.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Able to organize, plan, and prioritize tasks, and manage your time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a positive and creative attitude.
Desirable Skills and Experience
  • A strong understanding of UX design, and the ability to work with a range of media, including CAD.
  • Able to keep up to date with emerging technologies and latest design trends, and display a passion for creating stunning visuals.
  • Able to proofread to produce accurate and high-quality work.
