About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at Crisis, a national charity dedicated to ending homelessness. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating compelling and brand-aligned content across various digital, print, and physical environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality visual content, including graphics, logos, and branding materials, that align with our organization's values and mission.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives and engage our target audience.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand and its visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our visual content.
  • Work with external photographers and freelance designers to produce high-quality content that meets our brand standards.
  • Ensure all design work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Requirements
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design skills and experience.
  • Excellent design skills and knowledge of industry-standard software, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders to deliver creative solutions.
  • Strong understanding of branding and visual identity, and ability to apply this knowledge to create consistent and engaging content.
  • Experience working with social media platforms and ability to optimize content for these channels.
  • Knowledge of print processes and ability to prepare artwork for print.
