About the Role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our award-winning Design team at Somerset Bridge Group. As a Graduate Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our team on various projects, enhancing our digital graphics for internal communications, external campaigns, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design team with fast-track projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
  • Provide creative input on small and large design projects, including social media graphics, email graphics, small website graphics, desktop backgrounds, and infographics.
  • Responsible for the quality and execution of your work, ensuring you meet the brief, project specifications, and brand guidelines.
  • Attend virtual meetings and design briefings as required, demonstrating professionalism and a commitment to teamwork.
  • A self-motivated individual who takes ownership of their work, ensuring all projects are delivered on deadline and of the highest caliber.
  • Stay up-to-date with the creative industry, social trends, and software updates, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in your work.
Requirements
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Communication, or Digital Design/Digital Media.
  • A good understanding of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, with a bonus for proficiency in Figma/Adobe XD, Premier Pro, and After Effects.
  • A passion for design and a flair for illustration, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues to deliver outstanding visual outcomes.
  • Social media savvy, with the ability to adapt designs to fit various platform requirements.
