Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Communications team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating a wide variety of digital and print assets, including branding materials, marketing collateral, and social media graphics.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Brand Guardian: Act as a brand guardian, leveraging, defining, and evolving our brand and design systems to achieve an effective, consistent, and cohesive brand experience across multiple surfaces and touchpoints.
  2. Brand Resource Development: Contribute to the shared library of brand resources, including guidelines, photography, icons, and other visual assets.
  3. Design Collaboration: Participate in brainstorming sessions and weekly design feedback sessions to ensure alignment and consistency across the team.
  4. Social Media Content Creation: Create impactful graphics and general content for social media posts that align with our brand voice and messaging.
  5. Presentations and Infographics: Design striking on-brand Google Slides presentations and occasional infographics to showcase data reports and presentations.

Requirements

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
  2. Design Portfolio: A strong design portfolio showcasing a keen eye for design and conceptual thinking skills.
  3. Work Experience: 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment, with a strong understanding of branding, corporate identity systems, and identity application.
  4. Design Skills: Advanced knowledge of design software, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Google Slides.
  5. Project Management: Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
