About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Women's Prison Recovery Coordinator to join our team in Ealing. This role focuses on building strong partnerships within and beyond prison walls, helping women with a history of substance misuse find a path to recovery and a brighter future. You will play a vital role in reducing re-offending and improving health and well-being outcomes for some of the most vulnerable individuals in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload, providing tailored interventions to meet the unique needs of each woman.
  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to coordinate access to substance misuse interventions.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized action plans focused on long-term recovery and reintegration into the community.
  • Collaborate with prison security and staff to ensure a safe and supportive environment for women in recovery.
  • Advocate for the needs of women in the criminal justice system and connect them with appropriate resources.

Skills and Experience:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting women in recovery and has experience working within the criminal justice system. You will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
