About the Role

The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for engaging young people in prison and in the community to participate in Spark Inside's life coaching workshops and one-to-one coaching. This is an exciting on-the-ground position, working mainly within prisons in East Midlands, but as part of a team working in prisons nationally, as well as in the community in partnership with other organisations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage young people in prison and in the community to participate in Spark Inside's life coaching workshops and one-to-one coaching.
  • Manage a team of freelance coaches and play a key role in project management and the smooth running of our coaching programmes.
  • Work closely with the Spark Inside team to develop and implement effective coaching programmes.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including prison staff, community partners, and young people.

Requirements

  • Passion for working with young people and a commitment to their development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience of working in a prison or community setting, preferably in a coaching or mentoring role.
