Frankland Automation is seeking a highly skilled Channel Sales Specialist to join its team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through our network of distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth through our distributors
  • Provide coaching and training to our distributors to ensure they have the tools and motivation to succeed in selling our product
  • Drive demand directly at the end-user sites, providing a two-pronged approach to sales growth

  • A competitive salary range of £50K - £55K, plus bonus and commission

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated multi-year sales success selling through distributors in the UK market
  • A good understanding of the industrial automation or process instrumentation market
  • Ideal location: based from home 3 days per week, with regular training in the office in Northampton
  • No sponsorship required to work/live in the UK; international relocation not available for this position
