Frankland Automation is seeking a highly skilled professional to join its team as a Channel Sales Specialist. This exciting opportunity has arisen due to an internal promotion, and we are looking for a talented individual to take on the challenge.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of critical distributors, each generating significant revenue across various industries. Key responsibilities will include coaching, training, and driving sales directly at the distributors, ensuring they have the necessary tools and motivation to succeed in selling our product. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for driving demand directly at the end-user sites, providing a two-pronged approach that keeps them engaged on both sides.

Key Benefits:

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated multi-year sales success selling through distributors in the UK market.
  • A good understanding of the industrial automation or process instrumentation market.
  • Ideal location within driving distance of Northampton.
  • No requirement for sponsorship to work/live in the UK, with international relocation not available for this position.
