About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and numerate individual to join our Financial Operations team as a Credit Control Analyst. This is a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity to support AXA Health Plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Debt Recovery activities, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts.
  • Monitor and resolve Trust Funding issues.
  • Manage efficient query resolution for customers and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and prepare data for debt process, monthly debt reporting, and analysis.
  • Assist with daily controls, reconciling differences, and monitoring team quality.
  • Prepare monthly debtors reconciliations, quarterly bad debt provisioning, and Solvency II calculations.
  • Own process documentations, review processes for efficiency, and provide financial operations recovery support.
  • Support and deputise for the Financial Operations Team Leader and Team Manager.
Requirements
  • Highly numerate with a high level of confidence working in Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive and self-driven individual with a high level of initiative.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer-facing and telephone experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with either SAP or CREST would be beneficial.
