Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Recruitment Group. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and customer engagement
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage stock levels and inventory to ensure optimal sales and minimize waste
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports to the head office team
  • Train and develop sales staff to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Maintain high standards of store appearance and presentation
  • Support the delivery of company initiatives and objectives
  • Lead a team of 2 Part Time Sales Supervisors, 5 Sales Assistants, and Seasonal Staff

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience of a minimum of 1 year, preferably in a leadership role
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth
  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to multitask and problem-solve
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
