Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and revenue growth
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage stock levels and inventory
  • Complete daily and weekly trade reports to provide feedback to the HO team
  • Train and develop store team members
  • Maintain brand standards and image
  • Support the delivery of company initiatives
  • Lead a team of sales supervisors, sales assistants, and seasonal staff

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience of a minimum of 1 year
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional service
  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to multitask
  • Proactive and able to problem solve
  • Strong communication skills
