Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, facilities maintenance, and cash handling
- Collaborate with the regional team to implement company-wide initiatives and best practices
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize store performance
Requirements:
- Proven retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and drive business growth
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail point-of-sale software
