Assistant Store Manager

The British Heart Foundation is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Chichester. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store and taking full responsibility in their absence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Ensure the store is visually merchandised to the highest standard and that stock levels are maximized through physical and digital channels.
- Support with the recruitment and development of volunteers and contribute to the success of the store by achieving expectations within campaign activities.
- Work with the Store Manager to generate stock and maintain a high standard of stock management.
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-facing role and supervisory experience.
- Commercially driven with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving the highest retail standards.
- Results-driven with a recognition of the right result and the right way.
