  • Support the Delivery of Company Initiatives: Work closely with the head office team to implement company-wide initiatives and programs.
  • Lead a Team: Lead a team of sales assistants and supervisors to achieve sales and customer service goals.

Requirements:

  • Previous Retail Experience: A minimum of 1 year of retail experience is preferred, but not essential.
  • Passionate about Delivering Exceptional Service: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
  • Flexible and Adaptable: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Proactive and Able to Problem-Solve: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
