Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at JD Group. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Monitor and control store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales associates to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
  • Ensure a safe and compliant working environment for all employees and customers.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment.
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies.
