Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our store operations, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing store performance, guiding and motivating colleagues, and creating a positive and upbeat store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Performance Management: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, and visual merchandising.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and motivate colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences, achieve sales targets, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Experience: Create an environment that fosters inspiration and guidance, with a focus on putting the customer at the forefront of all interactions.
  • Business Development: Drive business growth through effective sales strategies, data analysis, and market trends.
  • Visual Merchandising: Deliver and maintain high visual merchandising standards, both sartorial and commercial, to enhance the customer experience.
  • Stock Management: Ensure timely delivery and stock handling, adhering to all stock control procedures to minimize stock loss and out-of-stocks.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record in retail operations and customer service, with knowledge of global fashion trends and inclusive tailoring.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Knowledge: Data analytics, sales and performance insights, and retail business growth strategies.
