As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining brand standards. You will lead a team consisting of sales supervisors, sales assistants, and seasonal staff.
The ideal candidate will have previous retail experience, be passionate about delivering exceptional service, and possess strong communication skills. They will be flexible, adaptable, and able to multitask, with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
The company values quality service over speed of task and would rather a customer was given the necessary time, advice, and dedication than speed of sale. They currently have 16 stores, but have ambition to grow, providing great opportunities for the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and revenue growth

- Complete daily and weekly trade reports
- Train and develop store team
- Maintain brand standards
- Support the delivery of company initiatives
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience
- Passionate about delivering exceptional service
- Flexible and adaptable

- Strong communication skills
Working Pattern:
42.5 hours per week over 5 days
Location:
UK-based, with full-time right to work
