About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Willis Global Ltd. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a key role in building and developing existing client relationships, maximising business potential, and calculating Air, Road, and Sea freight quotations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Provide expert advice on freight forwarding solutions to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible service.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to win new clients.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales performance, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure seamless execution of freight forwarding operations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer service, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
