Office Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sterling Cross. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide administrative support to our Senior Management Team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including offer letters, employee contracts, and Health and Safety documentation.
- Provide administrative support, including ordering stationery, printing requirements, and supervising office/site cleaning and maintenance.
- Take and type minutes from meetings, approximately once a week.
- Organize company events and pass on suppliers' invoices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in reporting to high-level management.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under own initiative and multi-task.
- Keen eye for detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Shorthand skills and own transport are advantageous.
- Experience in minute-taking and HR/personnel experience are highly desirable.
