Position Overview

The role involves assisting the management team in maintaining the operational efficiency of the healthcare facilities. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality portering and cleaning services, as well as guiding visitors and contractors throughout the premises. Interaction with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders will be a key aspect of this position.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and dedicated individual, equipped with the skills necessary to oversee and collaborate with our partners, ensuring that the environment meets the required standards for healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities

The successful applicant will:

  • Provide essential support and share expertise with healthcare and partner staff to maintain clean and safe environments for patients, visitors, and colleagues.
  • Exhibit strong coordination, communication, and teamwork skills to effectively fulfill these responsibilities.
  • Be prepared to work flexibly to meet the demands of a service that operates continuously throughout the week.

A solid understanding of Health and Safety regulations, COSHH, and Infection Control measures is essential, particularly regarding cleanliness standards, Personal Protective Equipment, and safe handling practices.

Qualifications
