Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the recruitment, training, and performance management of bar staff.
- Ensuring all venues meet sales objectives while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Managing beverage inventory, finances, and all equipment to maximize business profitability.
- Coordinating stock orders from approved suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Conducting regular stock audits of company assets, analyzing results, and implementing necessary actions.
- Promoting sales through effective marketing and product presentation.
- Maintaining the cellar to guarantee product quality, cleanliness, and safe storage with minimal waste.
- Enhancing gross profit margins through strategic sales mix application.
- Ensuring all team members possess thorough product knowledge.
- Planning and executing merchandising strategies.
- Capitalizing on opportunities to boost bar food sales.
- Developing and managing budgets for all resources, ensuring effective monitoring and control.
