About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at a leading global insurer. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, both verbally and in writing
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry

What We Offer:

A competitive salary, up to £40,000, and the opportunity to work for a leading global insurer. This is an 18-month fixed-term contract, and you will be required to work from our London-based office up to 2 days a week.
