About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our growing team at ABR Talent, a specialist recruitment partner supporting start-up and scale-up SaaS businesses. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will work closely with the wider client management team to ensure client queries, issues, and difficulties are logged, investigated, and resolved promptly.

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for managing inbound client user queries through a helpdesk solution, assessing and resolving queries, or working with escalation points to ensure resolution. You will work with varied issues across a diverse solution, requiring a switched-on problem-solving approach.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a B2B client support role within a software solution, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work closely with other internal stakeholders and clients. A degree education is also required.
