Job Summary:
Project People is seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation, execution, and management of contracts throughout their lifecycle.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development, implementation, and management of contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with sales, legal, and technical teams to analyze and mitigate commercial, legal, and delivery risks in pre-sales and execution phases.
- Support sales and product teams in designing contract and commercial models for sales projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and colleagues.
- Provide risk analysis and generate reports to inform decision-making.
- Lead sales-related contract negotiations and manage changes in existing contracts.
- Manage procurement processes and vendor relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in contract negotiation, bidding, and commercial activities.
- Experience in the ICT or renewable energy industry is desirable.
- Strong contract negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to present to customers and achieve favorable terms.
- Excellent English and Chinese language skills, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor's degree in commerce or law is desired.
