Contract Manager

Project People is seeking a highly skilled Contract Director to oversee the creation, execution, and management of contracts throughout their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:- Contract Oversight: Responsible for ensuring compliance to the company's internal process, policies, and requirements.
- Sales Contract Quality: Ensure high-quality sales contracts that meet the company's standards.
- Liaison and Escalation: Liaise with regional and HQ colleagues to manage appropriate escalation and decision-making processes.
- Risk Analysis and Reporting: Provide risk analysis and generate reports to inform decision-making.
- Commercial and Contract Models: Support sales and product teams in designing contract/commercial models for sales projects.
- Tender Response and Contract Negotiation: Respond to commercial conditions of tenders (Rfx) and prepare relevant commercial/contract documents.
- Contract Drafting and Negotiation: Draft sales-related contracts and lead sales-related contract negotiations.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in contract negotiation, bidding commercial activities, and procurement processes.
- Contract Law and Financial Principles: Good command of basic knowledge of contract law and basic knowledge of financial principles.
- Contract Drafting and Negotiation: Skill in drafting clear, concise, and legally sound contracts, and the ability to review and amend them effectively.
- Risk Management: Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with contracts.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong contract negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to present to customers and achieve favorable terms while maintaining positive relationships.
- Education: Bachelor or higher degree in commerce or law.
- Language: Excellent English and Chinese in written and spoken.
